About Larkaun Homes

   If this is the first you have heard of us, we are not surprised!! Being the youngest, dynamic home builder in Central Alberta, Cory and Natalie, have doubled Larkaun Homes for five consecutive years and are now being noticed by their community and peers. With that said, it has taken a lot of hard work on site and in the office. Our involvement in the Canadian Home Builders’ Association - Central Alberta has helped and is another example of our commitment to our industry. Among their daily jobs with Larkaun Homes; Natalie was Presidents Choice - ‘Rookie of the Year’ recipient in 2007 and has recently finished a 6 year term on the CHBA-CA board of directors All that included being a director, chairing several different committees, President and Past President. She will continue involvement as a volunteer on different committees with the CHBA-CA. Cory contributes too, co-chairing the Community Builder Council for two consecutive years. We still feel it is important that we are "digging in the dirt" with all of our trades.
   Simply stated - we are approachable, genuine people who are simply trying to enlighten consumers on the highest quality home, built with the most pride. As people say, “You’re only as good as your reputation!!” This is 100% true as 90% of our sales are referrals, trades who do the work in our homes, or repeat customers’. At the end of the day, customer satisfaction is our priority!!
